What it is for
It says who I am, what I do and what I've built. Nothing on it is an offer to sell you anything, and reading it doesn't create any agreement between us beyond these terms.
Work through Dalaric Limited
The services described here are provided by my company, Dalaric Limited, not by me personally. If you book a call or buy anything, you deal with Dalaric Limited under its own terms and its own privacy notice, which it gives you before you commit. Those terms, not this page, decide prices, what is delivered and what happens if something goes wrong.
How far you can rely on it
I try to keep everything here accurate and up to date, and figures carry the date they were read. But the site is provided as it is, for general information, and I don't promise that every detail is complete, correct or current. It isn't professional advice. Before you act on anything you read here, check it for your own situation.
Availability
The site is free and I may change it, move pages or take it down at any time, without notice. I don't promise it will always be available or free of faults.

Who owns what is here
The words, pictures and design of this site are mine unless a page says otherwise, and all rights are reserved. You're welcome to link to any page. Screenshots of other websites show those sites as they were when taken, and what is in them belongs to whoever owns each site. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License, which sits beside each font file.
Using the site properly
Please don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems that run it, or use it for anything unlawful.

As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on what it says, including loss of business, data or profit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow to be limited or excluded, and nothing in them affects your rights as a consumer.

The law that applies
